Americhek’s professional customer service team will contact the candidate’s previous employer(s) to verify start date, end date, job title, and salary (if possible).
These questions (excluding salary) are required by law to be provided for each candidate. Salary and any additional information is not mandatory but is often accessible. Americhek follows all procedural requirements of the previous employer…fax requests, copies of the candidates release form, multiple contacts or phone calls.
In the event the information is maintained exclusively by a third party provider, Americhek will use the third party provider. If a fee is involved with acquiring that information that fee is passed on to the customer.
